naukādyupāyairna dyādau pāṃthānye tārayaṃtyapi | tārayaṃtyapi duḥkhābdhestatra nāgarikā dvija
হে দ্বিজ! যে নগরবাসীরা নৌকা প্রভৃতি উপায়ে নদী ইত্যাদিতে পথিকদের পার করায়, তারা সত্যই জীবদের দুঃখ-সমুদ্র থেকেও পার হতে সহায়তা করে।
