सीतायाश्च तदा भर्तुर्मायामूर्धादिदर्शनम् । माघशुक्लद्वितीया यां दिनैः सप्तभिरष्टमीम्
sītāyāśca tadā bharturmāyāmūrdhādidarśanam | māghaśukladvitīyā yāṃ dinaiḥ saptabhiraṣṭamīm
তখন সীতাকে তাঁর স্বামীর বিষয়ে মায়াময় দর্শন দেখানো হল—মস্তক প্রভৃতি প্রদর্শন করে। মাঘের শুক্লপক্ষের দ্বিতীয়া থেকে সাত দিন গিয়ে অষ্টমী এল।
