एवमेता महानद्यस्तिस्रो रुद्रसमुद्भवाः । एका एव त्रिधा भूता गङ्गा रेवा सरस्वती
evametā mahānadyastisro rudrasamudbhavāḥ | ekā eva tridhā bhūtā gaṅgā revā sarasvatī
এইভাবে রুদ্র থেকে উৎপন্ন এই তিন মহা নদী; প্রকৃতপক্ষে এক হয়েও তারা ত্রিধা হয়ে গঙ্গা, রেবা ও সরস্বতী রূপে প্রকাশিত।
