चित्रसेन उवाच । अर्घस्यास्य न योग्योऽहं महर्षे नास्मि भाषणे । मृगमध्यस्थितो विप्रस्तव पुत्रो मया हतः
citrasena uvāca | arghasyāsya na yogyo'haṃ maharṣe nāsmi bhāṣaṇe | mṛgamadhyasthito viprastava putro mayā hataḥ
চিত্রসেন বলল—হে মহর্ষি, এই অর্ঘ্য গ্রহণের যোগ্য আমি নই; কথা বলারও অধিকারী নই। হে ব্রাহ্মণ, হরিণদের মধ্যে দাঁড়ানো আপনার পুত্রকে আমি বধ করেছি।
