Transliteration

saridbhirbhrājate śreṣṭhā purī śākrī ca bhāskarī | kecitpañcāgnitapasaḥ kecidapyagnihotriṇaḥ

নদীনদী-শোভিত সেই শ্রেষ্ঠ নগরী ইন্দ্রলোক ও সূর্যলোকের ন্যায় দীপ্তিমান। কেউ পঞ্চাগ্নি-তপস্যা করে, আর কেউ নিত্য অগ্নিহোত্র পালন করে।
