It underscores the sanctity of Pārvatī’s inner space and the awe her presence inspires: even exalted beings approach with restraint and adapted forms, reflecting dharma, humility, and reverence toward Śiva-Śakti.
By highlighting Pārvatī (Śakti) as inseparable from Śiva, the verse supports Saguna devotion where the devotee venerates the divine couple; Linga-worship is similarly approached with purity, modesty, and disciplined conduct.
Maintain śauca (purity) and maryādā (reverent boundaries) in worship—approach Shiva-pūjā with Tripuṇḍra/bhasma, mantra-japa (especially the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”), and a guarded, humble mind like entering an inner sanctum.
