आर्तिहंत्रे स्वदासानां सुखदाय शुभाय च । पीताम्बराय हरये तार्क्ष्ययानाय ते नमः । सर्वक्रियायैककर्त्रे शरण्याय नमोनमः

হে নিজ ভক্তদাসদের আর্তি-নাশক, সুখ ও মঙ্গলদাতা! পীতাম্বরধারী হরি, তার্ক্ষ্য (গরুড়) বাহন—আপনাকে প্রণাম। সকল ক্রিয়ার একমাত্র কর্তা, শরণদাতা—বারংবার নমস্কার।

Though addressed to Hari in saguna form (pītāmbara, Garuḍa-rider), the Shiva Purana often frames devotion as one-pointed surrender to the Supreme Lord; for Shaiva Siddhānta, such praise supports bhakti that culminates in grace (anugraha) and steadfast worship of Shiva/Śiva-liṅga as the ultimate refuge.
