शिवतेजसः समुद्रे बालरूपप्रादुर्भावः (Śiva’s Tejas Manifesting as a Child in the Ocean)

जातकर्मादिसंस्कारान्कुरुष्वास्य जगद्गुरो । जातकोक्तफलं सर्वं विधातर्वक्तुमर्हसि

jātakarmādisaṃskārānkuruṣvāsya jagadguro | jātakoktaphalaṃ sarvaṃ vidhātarvaktumarhasi

হে জগতগুরু! এর জন্য জাতকর্মাদি সংস্কার সম্পন্ন করুন। আর হে বিধাতা ব্রহ্মা! নবজাতকের জন্য এই সংস্কারগুলির যে যে ফল বলা হয়েছে, তা সম্পূর্ণভাবে কৃপা করে ঘোষণা করুন।
