गणेश-वाक्यं तथा गणानां समर-सन्नाहः | Gaṇeśa’s Challenge and the Mustering of the Gaṇas
अथ देवीसुतो वीरस्सगृह्य परिघं बृहत् । द्वारस्थितो गणपतिः सर्वानापोथयत्तदा
atha devīsuto vīrassagṛhya parighaṃ bṛhat | dvārasthito gaṇapatiḥ sarvānāpothayattadā
তখন দেবীপুত্র বীর গণপতি এক বিশাল লৌহদণ্ড (পরিঘ) তুলে নিলেন; দ্বারে দাঁড়িয়ে তিনি সেই সময় সকলকে আঘাতে প্রতিহত করলেন।
