अभि गन्धर्वमतृणदबुध्नेषु रजस्स्वा । इन्द्रो ब्रह्मभ्य इद्वृधे ॥
Transliteration
abhí gandharvám atṛṇad abudhnéṣu rájaḥ-sv ā́ | índro brahmá-bhya íd vṛdhé ||
Translation
ইন্দ্র লোকসমূহের অতল রজঃ-প্রদেশের নিম্ন গহ্বরে গন্ধর্বকে পরাভূত করলেন; আর ঋষিদের ব্রহ্ম—পবিত্র বাণীর জন্য তিনি বৃদ্ধি লাভ করেন—মন্ত্রের রক্ষক ও সিদ্ধিদাতা হয়ে।
