Sukta 7.95
प्र क्षोदसा धायसा सस्र एषा सरस्वती धरुणमायसी पूः । प्रबाबधाना रथ्येव याति विश्वा अपो महिना सिन्धुरन्याः ॥
prá kṣódasā dhā́yasā sasra eṣā́ sárasvatī dharuṇám ā́yasī pū́ḥ | prá-bābadhānā rathyèva yāti víśvā apó mahinā́ síndhur anyā́ḥ ||
প্রেরণাদায়ক বেগ ও ধারক শক্তিতে সে ধাবিত হয়—এই সরস্বতী, আয়সী ধরণ (লোহ-ভিত্তি)যুক্ত পূঃ (পরিপূর্ণ ধারা)। রথপথে চলা রথের মতো সে অগ্রসর হয়ে চাপ দিতে দিতে যায়; নিজের মহিমায় সে অন্য সকল জলধারা, সকল সিন্ধুর চেয়ে শ্রেষ্ঠ।
