Sukta 7.3
अग्निं वो देवमग्निभिः सजोषा यजिष्ठं दूतमध्वरे कृणुध्वम् । यो मर्त्येषु निध्रुविॠतावा तपुर्मूर्धा घृतान्नः पावकः ॥
agníṃ vo devám agníbhiḥ sa-jóṣā yájiṣṭhaṃ dūtám adhvaré kṛṇudhvam | yó mártyeṣu ní-dhruvir ṛtá-vā tápur-mūrdhā ghṛtā́nnaḥ pā́vakaḥ ||
দেব-অগ্নিদের সঙ্গে একচিত্ত হয়ে, যজ্ঞে সর্বাধিক পূজ্য দূত—দেব অগ্নিকে—তোমরা নিজেদের জন্য প্রতিষ্ঠিত করো। যিনি মর্ত্যদের মধ্যে দৃঢ়ভাবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত, ঋত (সত্য-নিয়ম)-এর ধারক; যার শির তপ্ত তেজে দগ্ধ, যিনি ঘৃত দ্বারা পুষ্ট—সেই পাৱক (শুদ্ধিকারক)।
