यदङ्ग त्वा भरताः संतरेयुर्गव्यन्ग्राम इषित इन्द्रजूतः । अर्षादह प्रसवः सर्गतक्त आ वो वृणे सुमतिं यज्ञियानाम् ॥

yád aṅgá tvā bharatā́ḥ saṃ-táreyur gavyán grā́ma iṣitá índra-jūtaḥ | árṣād áha prasaváḥ sárga-takta ā́ vo vṛṇe su-matíṃ yajñíyānām ||

যখন, হে অঙ্গ, ভরতগণ তোমাকে পার হবে—গব্য (গোধন/কিরণ-সম্পদ) অন্বেষণে—ইন্দ্রজূত চলমান বাহিনীসহ; তখন সেই প্রসব (প্রেরণা) বেগে অগ্রসর হোক, মুক্তিধারার মতো নির্মিত। তোমার জন্য আমি যজ্ঞিয়দের সুমতি—সদ্বুদ্ধিময় অনুগ্রহ—বরণ করি।
