अनानुदो वृषभो जग्मिराहवं निष्टप्ता शत्रुं पृतनासु सासहिः । असि सत्य ऋणया ब्रह्मणस्पत उग्रस्य चिद्दमिता वीळुहर्षिणः ॥

anānudó vṛ́ṣabho jagmí rāhávaṃ níṣṭaptā śátruṃ pṛ́tanāsu sāsahíḥ | ási satyá ṛṇayā́ brahmaṇaspata ugrásya cid damitā́ vīḷuhárṣiṇaḥ ||

হে ব্রহ্মণস্পতী! তুমি অনমনীয় বৃষভ, আহ্বানে অন্তর্লীন সংগ্রামের দিকে অগ্রসর হও; রণক্ষেত্রে শত্রুকে দগ্ধ করো এবং সংঘর্ষে জয়ী হও। তুমি সত্যস্বরূপ, ঋণয়া—ঋতপথের সাধকদের মধ্যে প্রেরক—এবং উগ্র শক্তিকেও দমনকারী, হে বীরদের উল্লসিতকারী প্রচণ্ড শক্তি!
