Sukta 10.75
प्र तेऽरदद्वरुणो यातवे पथः सिन्धो यद्वाजाँ अभ्यद्रवस्त्वम् । भूम्या अधि प्रवता यासि सानुना यदेषामग्रं जगतामिरज्यसि ॥
prá te ’radad váruṇo yā́tave páthaḥ síndho yád vājā́ṃ abhy-ádravas tvám | bhū́myā ádhi prá-vatā yā́si sā́nunā yád eṣā́m ágraṃ jágatām irajyási ||
হে সিন্ধু! যখন তুমি বল-সমৃদ্ধি (বাজ) অভিমুখে বেগে ধাবিত হলে, তখন বরুণ তোমার গমনের পথসমূহ প্রশস্ত করে দিলেন। তুমি পৃথিবীর ঢাল ও শৈলশিরা বেয়ে অগ্রসর হও; আর যখন তুমি এই চলমান জগতসমূহের অগ্রভাগে গতি সঞ্চার কর, তখন তাদের অগ্রযাত্রার নেতৃত্ব দাও।
