प्र ते अस्या उषसः प्रापरस्या नृतौ स्याम नृतमस्य नृणाम् । अनु त्रिशोकः शतमावहन्नॄन्कुत्सेन रथो यो असत्ससवान् ॥

prá te asyā́ uṣásaḥ práparasya nṛtaú syāma nṛtámasya nṛṇā́m | ánu triśókaḥ śatám ā́vahan nṝ́n kútsena rátho yó ásat sasavā́n ||

এই উষা ও পরবর্তী উষার সঙ্গে—তোমার জন্য আমরা অগ্রসর হই; নরদের মধ্যে নৃতম (অতিবিজয়ী)-এর নৃতৌ (বিজয়ী গতি/কর্ম)-তে আমরা অংশী হই। ত্রিশোকের অনুসারী—কুৎসের সঙ্গে যে রথ ছিল, তা শত নরকে বহন করেছিল; তেমনি দিব্য বল আমাদের সীমাবদ্ধকারী তমসের পার, বহু শক্তির দিকে নিয়ে যাক।
