FAQs

It frames pilgrimage (yātrā) as a dharmic act performed with humility—beginning with reverence to Brahmā—and shows that sacred travel gains potency when aligned with divine order and witnessed by the devas.

Bhakti is implied through praṇāma (bowing) and obedient movement toward a sacred destination; devotion here is expressed as respectful surrender and purposeful travel toward a holy locus (Mandara).

No specific Vedāṅga is taught directly in this verse; the practical takeaway is ritual etiquette (ācāra)—begin undertakings with praṇāma and proceed on a dharmic route associated with tīrtha-mahātmya.
