ब्राह्मणः श्वपचीं गच्छन् विशेषेण रजस्वलाम् । अन्नमश्नन्सुरापक्वं मरणे यो हरिं स्मरेत् ॥ ५ ॥

যদি কোনো ব্রাহ্মণ শ্বপচী-জাতির নারীর কাছে যায়—বিশেষত ঋতুমতীর কাছে—এবং মদে রাঁধা অন্নও ভক্ষণ করে, তবু যে মৃত্যুকালে হরিকে স্মরণ করে, সে উদ্ধার লাভ করে।
