Narada (teaching in a mahatmya/vidhi sequence; traditional dialogue frame with sages)
Vrata: none
Rasa: {"primary_rasa":"shanta","secondary_rasa":"bhakti","emotional_journey":"From orderly gārhasthya-dharma and its promised fruits to a quiet elevation of sanctity through holy sight (darśana) and reverence."}
It teaches the transmissible power of dharma: the merit (puṇya) of properly performed gṛhastha-discipline is so potent that even darśana (reverent seeing) of the practitioner is said to confer the same fruit.
By emphasizing darśana and association (satsaṅga), it aligns with bhakti-principles: reverence toward the dharmic and devoted person elevates the observer and supports devotion through contact with living practice.
Ritual/prayoga logic is implied: “yathokta” stresses correct procedure and adherence to prescribed vidhi (a dharma-śāstra/practical-ritual principle), even though no single Vedāṅga is explicitly named in this verse.
