जागरं ये तु तस्याश्च पुरः कुर्वंति दीपकैः । तेषां सा ह्यक्षयान् लोकान् वितरिष्यति मोहिनि ॥ ३४ ॥
jāgaraṃ ye tu tasyāśca puraḥ kurvaṃti dīpakaiḥ | teṣāṃ sā hyakṣayān lokān vitariṣyati mohini || 34 ||
যারা তাঁর সম্মুখে দীপ জ্বালিয়ে জাগরণ করে, হে মোহিনী, তিনি তাদের নিশ্চয়ই অক্ষয় লোক প্রদান করেন।
Narada (teaching in dialogue context, traditionally to the Sanatkumara brothers)
Vrata: none
Rasa: {"primary_rasa":"bhakti","secondary_rasa":"adbhuta","emotional_journey":"Devotional intensity (night vigil with lamps) rises into awe at the promise of ‘imperishable worlds,’ shifting from effortful worship to transcendent reward."}
It teaches that devotional vigilance (jāgaraṇa) combined with dīpa-sevā (lamp offering) before the deity yields akṣaya-loka—lasting, spiritually meritorious realms—showing bhakti expressed through disciplined worship.
Bhakti here is practical and embodied: staying awake in reverent presence and offering light symbolizes sustained remembrance and service, and the text links that steady devotion to enduring spiritual reward.
Ritual practice (kalpa-oriented conduct) is emphasized: the observance of jāgaraṇa and dīpa-dāna/dīpa-sevā as a vrata-style discipline, focusing on correct devotional procedure rather than grammar or astrology.
