यदि पुत्रः प्रियो राजन्भुज्यतां हरिवासरे । किं विलापैर्महीपाल एतैर्द्धर्मबहिष्कृतैः ॥ ५४ ॥

যদি পুত্র তোমার প্রিয় হয়, হে রাজন, তবে হরিবাসরে কেবল ভোজন করো। হে মহীপাল, ধর্মবহিষ্কৃত এই বিলাপে কী লাভ?
