FAQs

This is a colophon marking the completion of Adhyaya 12, emphasizing that the preceding teaching is a complete unit on samaya—right timing for dharmic actions—which supports orderly practice and disciplined worship.

Indirectly: by closing a chapter on determining proper times, it underlines that bhakti and worship are strengthened when performed with regularity and scripturally appropriate timing.

Time-determination for rites aligns with Jyotiṣa-vedāṅga (Vedic astronomy/astrology) and calendrical discipline used to select suitable occasions for vrata, pūjā, and other observances.
