Sanatkumara (teaching Narada in the dialogue on Vishnu’s supreme principle)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It identifies Viṣṇu’s supreme Śakti as the force that manifests the cosmos, and shows that the same power can appear as liberating knowledge (vidyā) or binding ignorance (avidyā) depending on how it is related to.
By grounding all cosmic activity in Viṣṇu’s supreme power, it supports bhakti as devotion to the ultimate source; turning toward Viṣṇu aligns one with vidyā (clarity and liberation) rather than avidyā (delusion and bondage).
No specific Vedāṅga technique is taught in this verse; it provides the philosophical framework (vidyā vs. avidyā) that later guides correct application of Vedic disciplines and ritual understanding in a Viṣṇu-centered way.
