Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It frames the cosmos—upper, middle, and lower realms—as an ordered creation under a single Supreme source, encouraging reverence for divine governance rather than fear or fascination with “lower worlds.”
By attributing even the nether regions and their rulers to “He,” the verse directs the devotee’s focus to the Supreme Lord as the ultimate refuge beyond all realms, strengthening exclusive devotion (ananya-bhakti).
Primarily Nirukta-style clarity of terms (e.g., pātāla, lokanātha) and the Puranic cosmological mapping used in ritual imagination (saṅkalpa)—a practical aid for understanding scriptural geography in worship contexts.
