यत्काव्यं दीयते द्वव्यैरकाले मुनिसत्तम । राक्षसं तद्धि विज्ञेयं पितॄणां नोपतिष्टति ॥ २४ ॥
yatkāvyaṃ dīyate dvavyairakāle munisattama | rākṣasaṃ taddhi vijñeyaṃ pitṝṇāṃ nopatiṣṭati || 24 ||
হে মুনিশ্রেষ্ঠ! অনুচিত সময়ে দুই দ্বিজকে যে কব্য (শ্রাদ্ধ-অর্ঘ্য/ভোজ্য) দেওয়া হয়, তা ‘রাক্ষস’ বলে গণ্য; তা পিতৃদের কাছে পৌঁছায় না।
