पथि गोष्टे नदीतीरे तडागगृहसन्निधौ । तथा वृक्षस्य च्छायायां कांतारे वह्निसन्निधौ ॥ ५ ॥

পথে, গোয়ালঘরে, নদীতীরে, পুকুর বা গৃহের নিকটে; তেমনি বৃক্ষছায়ায়, নির্জন অরণ্যে, অগ্নির সন্নিধানে—এমন স্থানে শৌচকর্মে সংযম ও শুচিতা রক্ষা করবে।
