बलिरुवाच । एवं गुरो न वक्तव्यं धर्ममार्गविरोधतः । यदादत्ते स्वयं विष्णुः किमस्मादधिकं वरम् ॥ ९६ ॥

baliruvāca | evaṃ guro na vaktavyaṃ dharmamārgavirodhataḥ | yadādatte svayaṃ viṣṇuḥ kimasmādadhikaṃ varam || 96 ||

বলিরাজ বললেন—হে গুরুদেব, এমন কথা বলা উচিত নয়; তা ধর্মপথের বিরোধী। যখন স্বয়ং ভগবান বিষ্ণু দান গ্রহণ করেন, তখন এর চেয়ে বড় বর আর কী হতে পারে?
