The Description of the Index (Anukramaṇikā) of the Padma Purāṇa
स लभेद्वैष्णवं धाम भुक्त्वा भोगानिहेप्सितान् । एतद्वै पंचपंचाशत्सहस्रं पद्मसंज्ञकम् ॥ ३७ ॥
sa labhedvaiṣṇavaṃ dhāma bhuktvā bhogānihepsitān | etadvai paṃcapaṃcāśatsahasraṃ padmasaṃjñakam || 37 ||
সে এখানে ইচ্ছিত ভোগ ভোগ করে শেষে বৈষ্ণব ধাম লাভ করে। এটিই ‘পদ্ম’ নামে প্রসিদ্ধ পঞ্চপঞ্চাশৎ সহস্র (পঞ্চান্ন হাজার) পরিমাণ।
