जलञ्च क्षिपति ब्रह्मा स तथा प्रकृतिर्विभु ।
अव्यक्तं क्षेत्रमुद्दिष्टं ब्रह्मा क्षेत्रज्ञ उच्यते ॥
jalañ ca kṣipati brahmā sa tathā prakṛtir vibhu | avyaktaṃ kṣetram uddiṣṭaṃ brahmā kṣetrajña ucyate
যেমন ব্রহ্মা জল ত্যাগ করেন, তেমনই মহতী প্রকৃতিও তা বহির্গত করে। অব্যক্তকে ‘ক্ষেত্র’ বলা হয়েছে; আর ব্রহ্মা ‘ক্ষেত্রজ্ঞ’ নামে অভিহিত।
