धारयेद्धारणामुष्णे शीतां शीते च दाहिनीम् ।
कीलं शिरसि संस्थाप्य काष्ठं काष्ठेन ताडयेत् ॥
dhārayeddhāraṇām uṣṇe śītāṃ śīte ca dāhinīm /
kīlaṃ śirasi saṃsthāpya kāṣṭhaṃ kāṣṭhena tāḍayet //
উষ্ণতায় শীতল ধ্যানধারণা রাখতে হবে, আর শীতে দাহকারী (তাপজনক) ধারণা। এটি যেন মাথায় পেরেক বসিয়ে কাঠে কাঠ আঘাত করে তাকে স্থাপন/উৎখাত করা।
