Adhyaya 34 — Madālāsā’s Instruction on Sadācāra (Householder Conduct, Purity, and Daily Rites)
न वाहयेद् द्विजान्नाग्नौ मेहं कुर्वोत् बुद्धिमान् ।
स्नायीत न नरो नग्नो न शयीत कदाचन ॥
na vāhayed dvijān nāgnau mehaṃ kurvot buddhimān | snāyīta na naro nagno na śayīta kadācana ||
জ্ঞানী ব্যক্তি ব্রাহ্মণদের বাহন বা বোঝা হিসেবে বহন করবে না এবং অগ্নিতে মূত্র ত্যাগ করবে না। পুরুষ নগ্ন হয়ে স্নান করবে না এবং কখনও নগ্ন হয়ে শয়ন করবে না।
