Śikhaṇḍinī’s Marriage Arrangement and the Daśārṇa Envoy’s Accusation (शिखण्डिनी-विवाह-विप्रलम्भ-प्रसङ्गः)
देवानां प्रतिपत्तिश्न सत्या साधुमता सदा । किमु दुःखार्णवं प्राप्प तस्मादर्चयतां गुरून्
devānāṁ pratipattiś ca satyā sādhumatā sadā | kimu duḥkhārṇavaṁ prāpya tasmād arcayatāṁ gurūn ||
সাধুজনের পক্ষে দেবতার প্রতি ভক্তিপূর্ণ আচরণ সর্বদাই সত্য ও কল্যাণকর; আর যে দুঃখসাগরে নিমজ্জিত, তার জন্য তো আরও অধিক। অতএব গুরুজন ও বৃদ্ধদের পূজা করো, দেবতাদেরও শ্রদ্ধা করো।
