लोकस्तं वेद यदहं पितु: प्रियचिकीर्षया । प्राप्तं राज्यं परित्यज्य ब्रह्म॒चर्यव्रते स्थित:
lokas taṃ veda yad ahaṃ pituḥ priyacikīrṣayā | prāptaṃ rājyaṃ parityajya brahmacaryavrate sthitaḥ ||
সমগ্র লোক জানে—পিতার প্রিয় সাধনের অভিপ্রায়ে আমি প্রাপ্ত রাজ্য ত্যাগ করে ব্রহ্মচর্যব্রতে দৃঢ়ভাবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছিলাম।
