राजन! इधर शल्य भी अत्यन्त क्रोधमें भरकर सोमकों और पाण्डवयोद्धाओंका संहार करने लगे। उन्होंने पुनः पैने बाणोंद्वारा युधिष्ठिरको पीड़ा देना प्रारम्भ किया ।।
tasya bhīmo raṇe kruddhaḥ saṃdaśya daśanacchadam | vināśāyābhisaṃdhāya gadām ādāya vīryavān ||
এ দৃশ্য দেখে রণক্ষেত্রে ভীম ক্রোধে দন্তচ্ছদ চেপে ধরল। শল্যকে বিনাশ করার সংকল্প করে সেই বীর গদা তুলে নিল।
