जगत्पतिरनिर्देश्य: सर्वग: सर्वभावन: । हृच्छय: सर्वभूतानां ज्येष्ठो रुद्रादपि प्रभु:

Transliteration

jagatpatir anirdeśyaḥ sarvagaḥ sarvabhāvanaḥ | hṛcchayaḥ sarvabhūtānāṁ jyeṣṭho rudrād api prabhuḥ ||

Translation

ভীষ্ম বললেন: জগতের অধিপতি নির্দিষ্টভাবে বর্ণনাতীত; তিনি সর্বব্যাপী এবং সকল ভাব-অবস্থার উৎপাদক। তিনি সকল প্রাণীর হৃদয়ে অধিষ্ঠিত; তিনি আদ্য ও পরম প্রভু—রুদ্রের চেয়েও জ্যেষ্ঠ ও অধিক অধিকারী।
