तस्य चिन्तयतस्तात वहूव्यो दिननिशा ययु: । इदमासीन्मनसि स रुच्या रक्षणकारितम्
tasya cintayatas tāta bahvyo dina-niśā yayuḥ | idam āsīn manasi sa rucyā rakṣaṇa-kāritam ||
হে প্রিয়! এভাবে চিন্তা করতে করতে তার বহু দিন ও বহু রাত্রি অতিবাহিত হল। তখন রুচিকে রক্ষা করার উদ্দেশ্যে তার মনে এক দৃঢ় সংকল্প উদিত হল।
