महता राजभोगेन पारिबर्ेण संवृत: । स्तूयमानो महातेजा भीष्मस्याग्नीननुव्रजन्
mahātā rājabhogena pāribarheṇa saṁvṛtaḥ | stūyamāno mahātejā bhīṣmasyāgnīn anuvrajan ||
বৈশম্পায়ন বললেন—মহান রাজভোগ ও বিশাল রাজসামগ্রীতে পরিবৃত সেই মহাতেজস্বী নৃপের স্তব চলছিল; তিনি ভীষ্মপ্রতিষ্ঠিত ত্রিবিধ অগ্নিকে অগ্রে রেখে নিজে পশ্চাতে পশ্চাতে অগ্রসর হলেন।
