लोकपालोडन््तर्तितात्मा प्रसादो हयगर्दभि: । पवित्र च महांश्नैव नियमो नियमाश्रित:
lokapālo ’ntarhitātmā prasādo hayagardabhiḥ | pavitraṃ ca mahāṃś caiva niyamo niyamāśritaḥ ||
বায়ু বললেন— তিনি লোকসমূহের রক্ষক, অদৃশ্য রূপে বিচরণকারী, সদা প্রসন্ন অনুগ্রহে পরিপূর্ণ। তিনি অশ্ব ও খচ্চরে যুক্ত রথে গমন করেন। তিনি পবিত্র ও মহাপূজ্য; শৌচ, সন্তোষ প্রভৃতি নিয়ম পালনে তিনি লাভ্য, আর সেই নিয়মগুলির আশ্রয় ও শরণও তিনি নিজেই।
