गुरुभ्यस्त्वासनं देयमभिवाद्याभिपूज्य च । गुरुम भ्यर्च्य वर्धन्ते आयुषा यशसा श्रिया
gurubhyas tv āsanaṁ deyam abhivādya abhipūjya ca | gurūn abhyarcya vardhante āyuṣā yaśasā śriyā ||
ভীষ্ম বললেন—গুরু আগমন করলে তাঁকে প্রণাম করে যথাবিধি সম্মান ও পূজা করে বসার জন্য আসন দিতে হবে। গুরুর সেবাপূজা করলে মানুষের আয়ু, যশ ও শ্রী বৃদ্ধি পায়।
