Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ
Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
सुदुःखान् नियमांस्तांस्तान् वहतः सुतपोधनान् । पश्यन् मुनीन् बहुविधानू प्रवेष्टमुपचक्रमे
suduḥkhān niyamāṁs tāṁs tān vahataḥ sutapodhanān | paśyan munīn bahuvidhānū praveṣṭum upacakrame ||
বাসুদেব বললেন—অত্যন্ত দুঃসহ নানা নিয়ম বহন করে তপস্যা ও আধ্যাত্মিক সম্পদে সমৃদ্ধ বিভিন্ন প্রকার মুনিদের দর্শন করে আমি সেই মহান আশ্রমে প্রবেশ করার উদ্যোগ নিলাম।
