Umā–Maheśvara-saṃvāda: Varṇa-bhraṃśa, Ācāra (Vṛtta), and Karmic Ascent/Decline
देवतास्तस्य तुष्यन्ति कामिकं चापि सिध्यति । अन्यथा हि वृथा मर्त्याः कुर्वते स्वल्पबुद्धयः
devatās tasya tuṣyanti kāmikaṃ cāpi sidhyati | anyathā hi vṛthā martyāḥ kurvate svalpabuddhayaḥ ||
যে এভাবে করে, তার প্রতি দেবতারা প্রসন্ন হন এবং তার ন্যায়সঙ্গত কামনাও সিদ্ধ হয়। কিন্তু স্বল্পবুদ্ধি মানুষ তা না করে বৃথাই নানা কাজে ছুটে বেড়ায়।
