किन्तु कार्यविशेषेण पूजिताश्चेष्टदा नृणाम् / विशेषात् सर्वदा नायं नियमो ह्यन्यथा नृपाः

কিন্তু বিশেষ কোনো কার্যসিদ্ধির জন্য মানুষের প্রয়াস ও প্রয়োজন অনুসারে দেবতাদের পূজা করা হয়। অতএব, হে রাজাগণ, এই নিয়ম সর্বদা একরূপ নয়; বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে অন্যরূপ হয়।
