পঞ্চগব্য গ্রহণ করে, জাতী-পুষ্পে পদ্মজা (লক্ষ্মী) দেবীর পূজা করিবে; আর বছরের শেষে ঘৃতান্ন দান করে পত্নীসহ দ্বিজদের যথোচিত সম্মান ও পূজন করিবে।
