ऋतस्यर्तेनादित्या यजत्रा मुञ्चतेह नः । यज्ञं यद् यज्ञवाहसः शिक्षन्तो नोपशेकिम

IAST Transliteration

ṛtásya ṛté́nādityā́ yajátrā muñcátéhá naḥ | yajñáṃ yád yajñavā́hasaḥ śíkṣanto nópaśekím

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

By Order’s power, O Ādityas, ye worship-worthy, release us here—when, O bearers of the sacrifice, correcting us, we have not duly tended the sacrifice with fitting service.

Translation

ঋত (ধর্ম-নিয়ম)-এর শক্তিতে, হে আদিত্যগণ, হে যজ্য (পূজ্য) দেবগণ, আমাদের এখানে মুক্ত করো। হে যজ্ঞবাহক (যজ্ঞ বহনকারী) দেবগণ, যখন আমরা যজ্ঞে ত্রুটি করেছি—যথোচিত সেবা-উপচারে যজ্ঞকে যথাযথভাবে পালন করতে পারিনি—তখন আমাদের সংশোধন করে (দোষের বন্ধন থেকে) মুক্ত করো।
