चक्षुषो हेते मनसो हेते ब्रह्मणो हेते तपसश्च हेते । मेन्या मेनिरस्यमेनयस्ते सन्तु ये३स्माँ अभ्यघायन्ति

IAST Transliteration

cákṣuṣo heté mánaso heté bráhmaṇo heté tápasaś ca heté | menyā́ menír asy aményayas te santu yé ’smā́n abhyaghā́yanti

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

O weapon of the eye, O weapon of the mind, O weapon of spell, O weapon of fervid power—thou art Menī, wrath: let those be without wrath, who against us purpose evil.

Translation

হে চক্ষুর অস্ত্র, হে মনের অস্ত্র, হে ব্রহ্ম (মন্ত্র)-এর অস্ত্র, এবং হে তপস্ (উগ্র শক্তি)-এর অস্ত্র! তুমি মেনী—ক্রোধ। যারা আমাদের বিরুদ্ধে অনিষ্ট সাধনের সংকল্প করে, তারা ক্রোধহীন (অমেনী) হোক।
