नाहमिन्द्राणि रारण सख्युर्वृषाकपेरृते। यस्येदमप्यं हविः प्रियं देवेषु गच्छति विश्वस्मादिन्द्र उत्तरः

IAST Transliteration

ná̄hám indrāṇi rārāṇa sákhyur vṛṣā́kaper ṛté | yásyédam ápyaṃ havíḥ priyáṃ devéṣu gácchati víśvasmā́d índra úttaraḥ ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

I, O Indrāṇī, shall not be bereft of the friendship of Vṛṣākapi; for his this liquid oblation, dear, goes forth among the gods—above all, Indra is the higher.

Translation

হে ইন্দ্রাণী, আমি বৃষাকপি-র সখ্য থেকে বঞ্চিত হব না। কারণ তারই জন্য এই তরল (অপ্যং) হবি, প্রিয় হয়ে, দেবগণের মধ্যে গমন করে—সকলের ঊর্ধ্বে ইন্দ্রই শ্রেষ্ঠ।
