Sukta 91
तं वर्धयन्तो मतिभिः शिवाभिः सिंहमिव नानदतं सधस्थे । बृहस्पतिं वृषणं शूरसातौ भरेभरे अनु मदेम जिष्णुम्
táṃ vardháyanto matíbhiḥ śivā́bhiḥ siṃhám iva nā́nadatam sadhásthe | bṛ́haspátiṃ vṛ́ṣaṇaṃ śū́ra-sātau bháre-bhare ánu madema jiṣṇúm
Him we strengthen with auspicious thoughts—him roaring like a lion in the common seat. Bṛhaspati, the bull, the victor in the winning of heroes—after him may we exult in every battle-burden, the conquering one.
আমরা শিব (মঙ্গলময়) মতিতে তাঁকে বৃদ্ধি করি—সধস্থ (সমবেত আসন)-এ সিংহের মতো গর্জনকারীকে। বৃহস্পতি—বৃষভ, শূর-সাতৌ (বীরজয়)-এ বিজয়ী—সেই জিষ্ণু (বিজয়ী)কে অনুসরণ করে, প্রত্যেক যুদ্ধ-ভারেই আমরা উল্লসিত হই।
