उत्तमाधममध्यानि पुरुषाणि नियोजयेत् ज्येच्छुः पृथिवीं राजा सहायाननयोद्धितान्
uttamādhamamadhyāni puruṣāṇi niyojayet jyecchuḥ pṛthivīṃ rājā sahāyānanayoddhitān
রাজা উত্তম, অধম ও মধ্যম ক্ষমতাসম্পন্ন পুরুষদের উপযুক্ত পদে নিয়োগ করবে। যে রাজা পৃথিবী রক্ষা ও শাসন করতে চায়, সে যুদ্ধপ্রবণ নয় এমনদেরও সহায়ক হিসেবে রাখবে।
