क्षौद्राज्यैः पयसा वापि निर्गुण्डी रोगमृत्युजित् पञ्चाङ्गं निम्बचूर्णस्य खदिरक्वाथभावितं
kṣaudrājyaiḥ payasā vāpi nirguṇḍī rogamṛtyujit pañcāṅgaṃ nimbacūrṇasya khadirakvāthabhāvitaṃ
নির্গুণ্ডী মধু-ঘৃতের সঙ্গে অথবা দুধের সঙ্গে গ্রহণ করলে তা রোগ ও (অকাল) মৃত্যুকে জয় করে। তদ্রূপ, নিমের পঞ্চাঙ্গকে নিমচূর্ণযুক্ত করে খদির-ক্বাথে ভাবিত করলে তা মহৌষধি হয়।
