वैष्णव्याख्या ततो देव कथमेतद्धि शंस मे ॥ श्रीवराह उवाच ॥ द्वयं जगद्धिता देवी गङ्गा शङ्कर सुप्रिया ॥

vaiṣṇavyākhyā tato deva katham etaddhi śaṃsa me || śrīvarāha uvāca || dvayaṃ jagaddhitā devī gaṅgā śaṅkarasupriyā ||

তেতিয়া (দেৱীয়ে ক’লে): “হে প্ৰভু, বৈষ্ণৱীৰ এই বৃত্তান্ত কেনেকৈ বুজিব লাগে, সম্পূৰ্ণকৈ মোক কওক।” শ্ৰী বৰাহ ক’লে: “হে দেৱী, জগতৰ হিতৰ বাবে দুটা তত্ত্ব আছে—গঙ্গা দেৱী, যি শংকৰৰ অতি প্ৰিয়া।”
